Participants will either eat fresh mango pulp or a low-fat cookie. Researchers will measure how full you feel and your blood sugar (glucose) and insulin levels at different times after eating. The goal is to see if mango pulp helps you feel fuller and improves these health markers. You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 55 years old and have a BMI (Body Mass Index) between 27 and 40.
