Researchers want to see how this blood flow changes before and after a procedure called fat grafting, where fat is moved from one part of your body to your breast. They are specifically interested in how fat grafting might help with radiation fibrosis (scarring from radiation). This study is for women aged 18 and older who have had a mastectomy and radiation therapy, and are having breast reconstruction with a tissue expander or implant. The main goal is to measure radiation fibrosis after 12 months. The study plans to enroll 15 participants, but its current recruitment status is unclear.","Radiation fibrosis will be measured at 12 months after the intervention.",124,"Participants will undergo fat grafting. Blood supply to the breast skin will be evaluated after radiation therapy, and before and after fat grafting.","Not stated in the trial record.",[34],"v2"]
