These data may be used for any study examining the relationship between treatment and clinical symptoms of patients with PD and related disorders. The main uses of the data are to:\n\n* Determine the long term effects of Parkinson's disease and related conditions, including predictors of its motor and non-motor symptoms\n* Identify genetic and other neurobiological factors related to the risk of developing Parkinson's disease and related disorders and their course\n* Improve our understanding of how best to identify, diagnose, and manage motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease and related conditions Evaluate biological markers of disease or response to therapy\n* Identify patients who may be candidates for participation in trials of new medications.\n* Identify patients who may be interested in participating in educational or developmental activities\n\nParticipants are seen annually for the first 4 years, biennially thereafter. Researchers are gathering detailed information from people with Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's disease dementia, Lewy body Parkinson's disease, and Lewy body dementia with behavioral disturbance. This includes your medical history, symptoms, and how you respond to treatments. The goal is to understand the long-term effects of these conditions and identify genetic and biological factors that influence them, which could lead to better ways to diagnose and manage symptoms. You may be eligible to participate if you receive care for Parkinson's disease with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or dementia, and can complete the study assessments.","The study aims to measure the long-term effects of Parkinson's disease and genetic\u002Fneurobiological factors over 5 years.",110,"You would provide demographic and family history information, and complete neuropsychiatric and cognitive testing questionnaires, including assessments like the Geriatric Depression Scale and Quality of Life Questionnaire.","Not stated in the trial record.",[],"v2"]
