HFrEF means your heart's main pumping chamber doesn't squeeze as well as it should. The alert will pop up for doctors when they open your medical record, reminding them about guideline-recommended heart failure medications you might not be taking. The goal is to see if this alert leads to more patients receiving these important medications within 30 days. You could be eligible if you are over 18, have HFrEF (left ventricular ejection fraction ≤40%), and are seen by a cardiologist at an Inova clinic or hospital. The study status is currently unclear.","The study will measure the use of guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT) 30 days after randomization.",124,"Not specified in the trial record.","Not stated in the trial record.",[],"v2"]
