Researchers will collect these samples to better understand how diseases work, develop new tests, and find new ways to treat illnesses in the future. You can join if you are 18 or older, have pleural fluid that needs to be drained, and have a diagnosis of lung infection or cancer. The study aims to build this registry over 32 years.
