HLH is when your immune system overreacts and damages your organs. The study aims to understand what factors predict how long patients with lymphoma-associated HLH will live, specifically looking at survival 180 days after their cancer diagnosis. Researchers will be reviewing past patient information to learn more about the clinical features, lab results, treatments, and outcomes for these patients. You might be eligible if you have lymphoma and meet specific diagnostic criteria for HLH, or if certain blood markers (sCD25 and ferritin) are elevated. This is an observational study, meaning no new treatments are being tested.","Your survival would be assessed at 180 days from the malignancy diagnosis.",115,"Not specified in the trial record.","Not stated in the trial record.",[],"v2"]
