You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 85 years old, have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 or higher, had a stroke at least 12 months ago, and can do physical activity. You also need internet, phone, or computer access. The main goal is to see how the program affects body weight over 18 months.
