You would be given either the ketamine oral rinse or an unmedicated syrup (placebo) to use four times a day, in addition to your standard care. The study aims to see how many patients experience a change in their pain from mucositis after using the ketamine oral rinse. To join, you must be at least 18 years old and have head and neck cancer that is being treated with radiation or chemoradiation. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.","Participants will be monitored during treatment and for up to 30 days after, with the primary outcome measured at 6 months.",112,"If you develop oral mucositis during radiation, you would use the assigned oral rinse four times a day.
