Past history of amputations of any body part.\n3. Allergies or contraindications to any medications used in the protocol or lactated ringers.\n4. Systolic heart failure with LVEF \\\u003C 30% within the last year.\n5. Severely depressed RV function within the last year.\n6. Restrictive diastolic dysfunction within the last year.\n7.
