A secondary goal is to assess whether the app's accuracy or feasibility differs by food security status. Study participants are UC Davis students aged 18-24 years. The app comes in two versions: one that just tracks your food intake and another, called the 'gamified' version, that also gives you tips and 'nudges' to eat better. Researchers want to see if the gamified app is easier and more enjoyable to use, and if it leads to better eating habits. You would use one of these apps for six weeks to record everything you eat.
