It's testing a disinfection device using an Er,Cr:YSGG laser (2780 nm) and another method using ultrasonic activation. Researchers want to see which method is better at reducing bacteria in the root canal. You might be able to join if you are an adult between 18 and 70 years old, have a molar tooth needing a root canal, and have an infection around the tooth root. The main goal is to measure how much bacteria is reduced immediately after the cleaning procedure.
