It compares two types of CT myelography: upright and supine.","completed","Upright vs. Supine CT Myelography for Lumbar Spinal Stenosis","This study is looking at whether an upright (standing) CT myelography scan is better than a standard supine (lying down) CT myelography scan for people with lumbar spinal stenosis. Lumbar spinal stenosis is a narrowing of the spaces in your lower back that can put pressure on the nerves. The study wants to see if the upright scan provides more helpful information for doctors to decide on the best treatment plan. You may be able to join if you are at least 18 years old, an outpatient, and already scheduled for a routine supine CT myelography.
