The goal is to see if using these technologies helps you reduce the time you spend sitting (sedentary behavior) and improves your blood sugar control. You may be able to join if you are 55 or older, have had T2D for at least 5 years, and speak and read English. The study will measure how well you respond to Fitbit's 'stand' prompts after 10 days.
