The app sends push notifications to your phone about mood, activity, and sleep. The study aims to find the best way to deliver these messages using a special learning algorithm. You can join if you are a medical intern during the 2026-2027 internship year and use an iPhone or Android phone. The study will measure your average daily mood, daily step count, and nightly sleep duration for one year. The current status of this study is unclear.","Your mood, step count, and sleep duration will be measured daily through the end of your intern year (1 year).",107,"You would use the study's mobile app to receive push notifications on your phone for one year.
