Researchers want to see if exercising three hours earlier or later than your normal time impacts your quadriceps (thigh muscle) strength. You might be able to join if you are a healthy adult between 18 and 25 years old, exercise your lower body at least three times a week at the same time each day, and have regular meal and sleep times. The study aims to understand if exercising at an unexpected time leads to poorer performance. The current recruitment status is unclear, and the study plans to enroll 20 participants.","Quadriceps strength will be measured at 15 minutes after the intervention.",106,"Not specified in the trial record.","Not stated in the trial record.",[],"v2"]
