Researchers want to see if these supplements can help you exercise longer compared to a placebo (a flavored water without active ingredients). You might be able to join if you are a healthy, non-smoking adult between 18 and 40 years old, are physically active, and have a normal body mass index (BMI). The main goal is to measure how much longer you can exercise until exhaustion.
