The three stages

From a vague worry to a short list of trials you might actually qualify for.

Most clinical trial sites are search engines for medical literature. Trialytics is a guided path: start broad and anonymous, narrow as you learn, and verify before you call.

Stage One

Browse anonymously.

Describe your condition however you'd describe it to a friend — "stage 3 lung cancer with EGFR mutation," not NCT-formatted MeSH terms. Our search matches by clinical meaning, so a query about "EGFR-positive lung cancer" surfaces trials that talk about locally advanced NSCLC, EGFR-mutant — and ignores the thousands of unrelated trials that simply mention "lung."

Searching by place works the same way: name a hospital or city and we show trials at that institution first, then others recruiting nearby — within about 100 miles — so you can weigh how far you'd travel.

Each result includes a patient-friendly summary of what's being tested, an estimated match strength, and links to the official trial record.

Stage Two

Sign up for personalized matching.

A keyword search gets you in the right neighborhood. A profile gets you matched. Build a structured health record — diagnosis, stage, biomarkers, prior treatments, current medications, location — and we compare it against the full inclusion and exclusion criteria of every recruiting trial.

The more detail you provide, the fewer dead ends you waste time on. Every new trial that opens is re-checked against your profile automatically, and we email you when something fits — at a cadence you choose, with quiet hours, under Account → Alerts.

Most trials in a given indication aren't open today — many will open in the next 6–12 months. The system keeps working between visits.

Stage Three

Verify eligibility on any specific trial.

For any trial that interests you, run a clinical-level eligibility assessment. The AI reads your full clinical context against the trial's inclusion and exclusion criteria and returns a per-criterion breakdown in plain English: which requirements you meet, which are uncertain, and which would exclude you.

So before you call a coordinator or fill out a screening form, you know which criteria are likely the sticking points — and whether it's worth your time.

In a future release, you'll be able to share your assessment directly with the trial site — only with your explicit permission, only for that specific trial.

Privacy & Security

Your health profile is HIPAA-protected.

We treat your medical information with the same standards your hospital is required to. The system that searches trials cannot read your identity — and your data never leaves Trialytics to find a match.

Encrypted at rest with key separation

Your identifying information is encrypted with a dedicated key, isolated from the search database. The matching engine can read your clinical profile — not your name, date of birth, or contact details.

Never used to train AI models

Your profile is used to match you to trials. Period. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models — ours or anyone else's.

Geographically de-identified

We store only the first three digits of your ZIP — the HIPAA Safe Harbor standard for de-identified geographic data. Enough to find nearby trials, never enough to find you.

Never shared without your explicit consent

A trial team only learns about you if you choose to share for that specific trial. We don't broker introductions, sell leads, or pass your profile to sponsors.

Beyond the first search

The system keeps working between visits.

Clinical trials open and close every week. You shouldn't have to remember to check.

Continuous monitoring

Once your profile is set, every new trial that opens is automatically re-checked against your inclusion and exclusion criteria. When something fits, we email you — no need to log in and search again.

For healthy volunteers

You don't need a diagnosis to participate in research. Select Healthy Volunteer during signup, enter your location, and we'll notify you when nearby trials seeking healthy participants open — including condition-specific research like Alzheimer's prevention or vaccine studies.

Tip: use AI to summarize your medical records

The more detail in your profile, the better your matches. If your records are scattered across PDFs, lab reports, and doctor's notes, here's a prompt you can paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to extract a clean summary — then paste that summary into your Trialytics profile.
