Collection of Blood From Patients With Cancer

This study is collecting blood and other samples from people with cancer, including prostate, breast, colon, lung, and liver cancer, as well as healthy volunteers. Researchers want to understand how cancer affects the body's immune system and to find new ways to detect and treat cancer. They will analyze samples like blood, urine, saliva, and stool to look at genetic information and different types of cells. This study does not involve any treatment. You would have about 50 ml (3 tablespoonfuls) of blood drawn, and potentially more if you join a separate treatment study. The goal is to connect these lab findings with information about your health and treatment results.
