This study is collecting biological samples, like blood and tissue, from people with solid tumors or blood disorders, and from their healthy family members. The goal is to better understand these diseases and improve treatments. Researchers will use these samples to study how diseases work (RAF mechanism), evaluate existing therapies, find new treatments, and explore ways to prevent illness. You might be able to join if you are 2 years or older and have a cancerous solid tumor or a cancerous or non-cancerous blood disorder, and are being screened for or are already in a treatment study at the NIH Clinical Center. Healthy family members (18 years or older) who are potential stem cell donors for these patients may also be eligible. This is an observational study, meaning no new treatments are being tested, only samples are being collected for future research.
