Evaluating and Optimizing Ultrasound and MRI Technology

This study aims to improve the ultrasound and MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) equipment and software used at SUNY Upstate Medical University. Researchers will evaluate and fine-tune existing and newly installed ultrasound and MRI machines. This will also help the technical staff learn how to use the new equipment and software. The goal is to make sure the university has the most advanced imaging tools for diagnosing health conditions. This study is looking for 30 healthy volunteers between 18 and 70 years old. To join, you must be able to understand and sign a consent form, and not have certain medical conditions like aneurysm clips or a cardiac pacemaker. The study's success will be measured by how well the new software and hardware are optimized and how familiar the technologists become with them.
