Registry of Older Patients With Cancer

This study is creating a registry, called "Carolina Senior," to gather information from older patients who have appointments at the North Carolina Cancer Hospital. The goal is to learn more about cancer in older adults. If you are 65 or older and have an appointment at the North Carolina Cancer Hospital, you might be able to join. You would complete a Geriatric Assessment (GA), which is a set of questions and tests to understand your overall health and daily function. This registry aims to help future research into how cancer affects older patients. The study plans to include 3000 participants.
