International Registry for Rare Histiocytic Disorders
This study is creating an international registry to collect information on rare histiocytic disorders (RHDs), such as Erdheim-Chester Disease (ECD) and Rosai-Dorfman Disease (RDD). Because these conditions are very rare, doctors don't fully understand their causes or the best ways to treat them. This registry aims to gather data on how these diseases appear, the treatments used, and how patients respond over time. By collecting this information from 400 patients, researchers hope to better understand RHDs and improve treatment recommendations. You can join if you have a diagnosis of a rare histiocytic disorder, regardless of your age or when you were diagnosed, as long as you or your legal guardian provide consent. This is an ongoing study, and data will be analyzed yearly for 10 years.
