Mobile Health System for Chronic and Complex Health Conditions
This study is testing a mobile health (mHealth) system, which includes a suite of apps and a clinician portal, for people with chronic and complex health conditions like Spinal Cord Injuries, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Dysraphism, Brain Injuries, and Spina Bifida. The goal is to see if using this system for one year can help you better manage your health and improve your overall well-being compared to standard care. We'll be looking at how your self-management skills, perceived function and satisfaction, and quality of life change over time. You may be able to join if you are 12 years or older, have one of these conditions, and live at home. The current status of this study is unclear.
