Blue Light Cystoscopy with Cysview® Registry for Bladder Cancer

This study is a registry gathering information on how a procedure called Blue Light Cystoscopy with Cysview (BLCC) is used in doctors' offices for bladder cancer. BLCC uses a drug called hexaminolevulinate hydrochloride (HCL) and a special camera system (Karl Storz D-Light C Photodynamic Diagnostic (PDD) system) to help doctors see bladder tumors better. The study wants to understand if BLCC helps find more bladder cancers than standard methods, how different tumor features affect this, and how it performs in specific situations. We are looking for adults over 18 who have suspected or known non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. You cannot join if you have porphyria, significant blood in your urine, or are allergic to hexaminolevulinate or similar drugs. The main goal is to see how well BLCC detects bladder cancers over five years.

Inclusion

Adult \>18 years old
Suspected or known non-muscle invasive bladder cancer on the basis of a prior cystoscopy

Exclusion

Porphyria
Gross hematuria
Known hypersensitivity to hexaminolevulinate or aminolevulinate derivatives
