Physica System Total Knee Replacement Registry Study

This study is looking at how well different Physica total knee replacement systems work over time for people with knee conditions like osteoarthritis, traumatic arthritis, or rheumatoid arthritis. The systems being studied are the Physica Kinematic Retaining Knee System, Physica Cruciate Retaining Knee System, Physica Posterior Stabilized Knee System, and Physica Cruciate Retaining Knee System with LMC Liner. These are already approved for use. The main goal is to see how long the implants last (implant survivorship) for up to 10 years after surgery. You may be able to join if you are over 22, need a total knee replacement, and are suitable for one of these Physica systems. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.

Study design
This is a multi-center, non-randomized study involving up to 800 participants. It is a post-market registry study, meaning the devices are already FDA cleared.
What's involved
You will have a Physica knee system implanted. Your progress will be tracked with clinical, patient-reported, and X-ray data, with follow-up for up to 10 years.
Compensation
Not stated in the trial record.
Follow-up
Participants will be followed for up to 10 years after their knee replacement surgery to assess implant survivorship.

  • Implant Survivorship10 years

The primary endpoint is the definition of the implant survivorship of the study device to 10 years after the total knee replacement surgery.
