Observational Study of Metabolomics and Genetics in MEN1 Patients

This study is looking at how changes in your body's chemistry (metabolomics) and genetics might help in finding and understanding pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNET) in people with Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 1 (MEN1). Researchers want to see if certain patterns in your blood can predict whether you will develop an aggressive PNET and how that might affect your survival. They will compare blood samples from MEN1 patients who developed aggressive PNETs with those who developed non-aggressive PNETs. This study aims to improve how doctors diagnose and monitor PNETs in MEN1 patients.
