Wake Forest Alzheimer's Disease Clinical Core

This is an observational study looking at Alzheimer's Disease, Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and prediabetes. Researchers are collecting information and samples to better understand how Alzheimer's develops, especially before symptoms appear. They hope to find new ways to detect the disease early and develop new treatments. The study will measure changes in your cognitive (thinking and memory) abilities over 5 years. You can join if you are at least 55 years old, regardless of your current cognitive health. The study is particularly interested in including people from underserved communities.
