Digital Clock Drawing for Cognitive Evaluation

This study is looking at how a digital cognitive testing tool, called the digital Clock Drawing Tool (dCDT), can help identify thinking and memory problems in people aged 65 and older before they have surgery. Researchers will compare the results from this digital test between people having surgery and a group of people who are not having surgery. The goal is to see if the digital test can help predict who might have cognitive (thinking and memory) issues after surgery. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status and aims to enroll 25,240 participants. Success will be measured by finding differences in digital behaviors between these groups up to one year after the test.
