Inclusion
Healthy adult men and women, aged 18-45 yrs
Exclusion
Obesity (body mass index (BMI) \> 30 kg/m2)
Pregnant or lactating women
Self-reported acute or chronic disease (diabetes, heart diseases, thyroid diseases)
