This study is testing if using advanced imaging, specifically Cardiac Magnetic Resonance (CMR) and Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA), can help doctors find the best place in your heart to put a special wire (lead) for a procedure called Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT). CRT is a treatment for heart failure that helps your heart beat more effectively. We want to see if guiding the CRT procedure with CMR and CTA leads to better heart function. You might be able to join if you have chronic systolic heart failure, a specific heart pumping ability (LVEF 35% or less), and meet guidelines for CRT. The main goal is to see if your heart's pumping ability (Left Ventricular End-Systolic Volume or LVESV) improves after one year. The current recruitment status is unclear.
