Alirocumab for High Cholesterol in Dialysis Patients

This study is testing alirocumab (Praluent), a cholesterol-lowering medicine, in people who are on stable dialysis. We want to see how well alirocumab lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL cholesterol) and if it is safe for people with kidney disease who are on dialysis. You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 80 years old, are on hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, and have high cholesterol. The study will measure your cholesterol levels over 12 weeks.
