This study aims to understand how much lung inflammation occurs in different groups: e-cigarette users (vapers), cigarette smokers, and non-smokers. Researchers will use a special imaging drug called [18F]NOS (an investigational radiotracer) with a PET/CT scan (Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography, a type of imaging scan) to measure this inflammation. You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 45 years old and are a nicotine vaper, cannabis vaper, or a healthy non-smoker.
