This observational study is looking at how blood pressure in your lungs (pulmonary hemodynamics) changes during exercise. Researchers will use information from a right heart catheterization (a procedure where a thin tube is inserted into your heart to measure pressures) performed during exercise, along with other routine clinical tests. This study aims to understand how these measurements relate to long-term outcomes for people with pulmonary circulation diseases. You may be able to join if you are over 18, have an intermediate or high chance of having high blood pressure in your lungs (pulmonary hypertension, or PH) based on an echocardiogram, or have unexplained shortness of breath, and are already scheduled for a right heart catheterization at rest and during exercise. The study will look at how many participants die or need a lung transplant over a 6-year period. The current recruitment status is unclear.
