Breast Cancer Patient Engagement with Patient Reported Outcome Measure Survey
This study is for women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. It aims to understand how sharing your survey results about your experience with breast cancer affects your satisfaction with your care. You'll complete a survey called BREAST-Q, which asks about your satisfaction with your breasts, your well-being (psychological, physical, sexual), and your experience with your healthcare team. Each time you complete a survey, you'll receive a graph of your results. Researchers will then look at how your engagement with these results relates to your satisfaction with your breast surgeon after 24 months. This study is open to adult women with breast cancer who can complete surveys on their own. The goal is to enroll 925 participants.
