Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either Etanercept or a saline solution (placebo). The main goal is to see if Etanercept significantly lowers your tinnitus distress after 12 weeks, as measured by the Tinnitus Functional Index. The study also aims to see if Etanercept improves hearing and reduces how loud you perceive your tinnitus to be.
