B7-H3 CAR T-Cell Immunotherapy for Pediatric Brain Tumors

This study is testing a new type of immunotherapy called SCRI-CARB7H3(s) for children and young adults (ages 1 to 26) with certain brain tumors, including Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG), and other recurrent or refractory central nervous system (CNS) tumors. SCRI-CARB7H3(s) uses your own immune cells (T cells) that are specially modified to recognize and fight cancer cells. These modified T cells are delivered directly into the brain through a catheter. The main goals of this study are to see if this treatment is safe and if it's possible to produce and give these CAR T cells.
