CAR-20/19-T Cells for Relapsed Refractory B Cell Malignancies

This study is testing a new type of cell therapy called CAR-20/19-T cells for people aged 18 to 80 with B-cell cancers like Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Mantle Cell Lymphoma, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, Follicular Lymphoma, or Marginal Zone Lymphoma that have come back or not responded to previous treatments. The CAR-20/19-T cells are made from your own immune cells and are designed to fight cancer. Researchers are looking at how safe and effective these cells are, and also how well different ways of making these cells work. The main goal is to track any side effects within the first 28 days after you receive the cell infusion.

Exclusion

Condoms (male or female) with or without a spermicidal agent.
Diaphragm or cervical cap with spermicide
Intrauterine device (IUD)
Hormonal-based contraception Subjects who are not of reproductive potential (women who are premenarche or have been post-menopausal for at least 24 consecutive months or have undergone hysterectomy tubal ligation, salpingectomy, and/or bilateral oophorectomy or men who have documented azoospermia) are eligible without requiring the use of contraception
