Mobile Health Tool for Acute Kidney Injury in Children
This study is looking at how a mobile health educational tool, delivered on an iPad, can help improve care for children with acute kidney injury (AKI). AKI is a common condition where the kidneys suddenly stop working well. The goal is to make sure children and their families have the right information to manage AKI and improve their health. We are looking for children aged 1 to 18 years old who have been diagnosed with AKI while in the hospital. Success in this study will be measured by how much a child's knowledge about AKI improves after using the tool, assessed at the beginning of the study and again after one month.
