Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography for Retinal Vascular Disease

This study is looking at how different eye imaging techniques, like Swept-Source (SS) OCT Angiography, Spectral-Domain (SD) OCT Angiography, Fundus Imaging, and Axial Length Measurement, can help doctors better understand and track retinal vascular diseases. These diseases include diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, and high blood pressure affecting the eyes. The goal is to find better ways to see how these conditions change over time, whether they get worse or better with treatment. You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 99 years old and have one of these conditions, or if you are a healthy control. The study aims to follow participants for 5 years to see how the imaging results correlate with disease changes. The current status of the study is unclear.

Both subjects with diseases and controls:
Children (age\<18)
Pregnant females
Developmentally delayed subjects
Subjects unable to provide informed consent
Inability to cooperate with tests and study instructions
Images with motion artifact or signal strength \< 7
History of glaucoma
History of age-related macular degeneration
History of any visually significant eye disease
History of proliferative diabetic retinopathy
History of any inflammatory disease
History of heart disease
History of thyroid disease.
