Currently, doctors use procedures like bronchoscopies and lung biopsies, which can have risks and are costly. This study will use lung ultrasound, a painless procedure where a trained pulmonologist gently presses a probe to your chest, taking less than 10 minutes. The goal is to see if lung ultrasound can accurately predict rejection. You might be able to join if you are an adult (over 18) who has had a single, double, or heart-lung transplant, have no symptoms, normal breathing tests (spirometry), and a clear chest X-ray of your new lung. The study plans to enroll 90 participants, and its current status is unclear.

Eligibility criteria

Inclusion

Adult patients (\> 18 yrs) who had undergone single/double/heart-lung transplant
Asymptomatic
Normal spirometry defined as a FEV1 without significant drop from baseline (significant drop = \>10% decrease from baseline)
Clear chest radiograph over allograft

Exclusion

Patients who are unable to consent for the procedure
Patients with subcutaneous emphysema or other technical challenges that could interfere with satisfactory image acquisition- as deemed by the operator.
