Diabetic Neuropathy in Spinal Cord Stimulator Patients

This study is looking at how Spinal Cord Stimulators (SCS) might help improve blood vessel changes in people with type 2 diabetes. Specifically, it aims to see if SCS can improve blood flow in the lower legs for patients who have painful diabetic nerve damage and are already scheduled to get an SCS. Researchers will measure improvements in blood vessel health using tests like the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) and Toe Brachial Index (TBI) after 6 weeks. You might be able to join if you are at least 18 years old, have had type 2 diabetes for over a year, and have painful diabetic nerve damage in your lower legs with an ABI less than 0.9. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.
