This study is looking at how accurately two different systems, the Teed Score and the O'Neill Grading System (OGS), diagnose and grade otic barotrauma (ear injury caused by pressure changes). Otic barotrauma can happen from things like diving or hyperbaric oxygen treatment. The Teed Score has been used more, but doctors have found some limitations. The OGS is a newer system with fewer categories and is directly linked to treatment decisions. This study aims to see which system is more precise and accurate. We are looking for physicians, hyperbaric nurses, nurse practitioners, hyperbaric technicians, and physician assistants to participate. The study will measure the Teed Score and the OGS at 3 months to see how well they work.
