Epidural Stimulation and Resistance Training After Spinal Cord Injury

This study is looking at new ways to help people with spinal cord injuries (SCI) to walk again. It combines "lumbosacral epidural stimulation" (ES), which uses a device to stimulate nerves in the spinal cord, with either "Exoskeletal assisted walking" (using a robotic suit) or "Resistance Training" (exercises to build muscle). Some participants will also receive a delayed start to ES or a "no-Resistance training" program (passive movement or stretching). The study wants to see how these interventions affect your walking speed over 10 meters and your muscle electrical activity (EMG Pattern). You may be able to join if you are 18-60 years old, have a complete SCI at T10 or above, and your knee muscles respond to electrical stimulation.
