Observational Study of SOLTIVE™ Thulium Laser for Bladder Tumor Resection
This study is looking at a new way to remove bladder tumors using a special laser called the SOLTIVE™ Thulium Laser Fiber. This laser helps doctors remove the entire tumor in one piece (en bloc resection). Doctors want to see if this laser helps them get clear samples of the tumor for testing. This method aims to be more precise and cause fewer problems than traditional surgery. You might be able to join if you are 18 or older, have a specific type of bladder tumor (papillary) that is less than 3cm, and are having surgery at the University of Kansas Health System. The study is considered successful if the laser helps doctors get good tumor samples for diagnosis, which will be checked after 6 months.
