Researchers want to see if measurements from the 129-XeMRI, which looks at how air moves, exchanges, and circulates in your lungs, match up with other lung tests like spirometry and CT scans. They are studying people who have a lung condition called bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS), or early signs of it (BOS 0p), or chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) without lung issues. The study also includes healthy volunteers. The goal is to see if 129-XeMRI can help predict if BOS will get worse over time.
