This study is for adults with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) who are looking for alternatives to CPAP and are already scheduled for a drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE) procedure. DISE is a way to look at your upper airway while you're in a sleep-like state. Researchers want to better understand what causes airway blockage during sleep. They will use special catheters to measure airway pressures (Pharyngeal Manometry) and ultrasound to look at soft tissues in your airway (Submental Ultrasound) during your DISE.
