Observational Study of ctDNA in Resectable Pancreatic Cancer

This study is looking at circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in people with pancreatic cancer that can be removed by surgery. ctDNA are tiny pieces of tumor DNA found in your blood. Researchers want to see how many patients have ctDNA and if having ctDNA is linked to how long patients live without their cancer growing (progression-free survival). The study will follow up to 50 patients who are receiving standard treatments like chemotherapy and surgery. The goal is to learn if ctDNA can help doctors better understand and treat pancreatic cancer in the future. You may be able to join if you are 18 to 99 years old, have newly diagnosed pancreatic cancer that can be removed by surgery, and have a good performance status (meaning you are able to do most daily activities). This study is currently recruiting patients.

Study design
This is an observational study involving up to 50 participants. It is a single-arm study, meaning all participants will receive the same study procedures, and there is no comparison group.
