Penn SICCA Follow-up Study for Dry Eye and Sjogren's Syndrome

This study is looking for people who previously participated in the Sjogren's International Clinical Collaborative Alliance (SICCA) study at the University of Pennsylvania. The goal is to collect more information and samples from these participants over two years. Researchers want to understand more about dry eye and Sjogren's syndrome, a long-term autoimmune disease that affects moisture-producing glands. They will collect clinical information and samples like tears, saliva, blood, and possibly small tissue samples (biopsies) from your lip. This study does not involve testing any new drugs or interventions. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.

This is an observational study following up with 220 participants who were previously part of the SICCA study at the University of Pennsylvania.
