This study is looking at whether Empagliflozin, a medication that may improve how your body's cells use energy, with or without Potassium Nitrate, can help people with Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF). HFpEF is a condition where your heart can pump blood normally, but it's too stiff to fill properly. The study will see if these treatments improve how long you can exercise. You might be able to join if you are 18 or older, have HFpEF symptoms (NYHA Class II-III), and your heart's pumping ability (ejection fraction) is 50% or higher. The study plans to enroll 53 participants, but its current status is unclear.
