Exercise and Nicotinamide Riboside for Young Cancer Survivors

This study is for young people (ages 10-30) who have had a hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) for certain blood cancers or conditions like leukemia or aplastic anemia, between 6 months and 4 years ago. It's looking at whether a dietary supplement called Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) and a home-based exercise program can improve muscle strength. Researchers want to see if these interventions can help with muscle loss (sarcopenia) that can happen after HCT. The main goal is to measure changes in leg muscle strength after 16 weeks. Study design
